I was in my feelings this week for sure and, editing this one made me cringe because there's just not as much laughing or smiling as is normal for me BUT HAPPY ONE FRICKIN YEAR!

It's been a process, it's been a journey, it's been an experience - and it continues to be every day.

In a way, I wouldn't have it any other way and if there was one word I would use to describe this past year as well as where I am now it would be GRATITUDE.

It's taken a lot to get here and I certainly have no intention of stopping.

Whoever you are, whatever you've been through: I believe in you, I appreciate you and I hope you have a wonderful day.
