The Wise Why, Hayley Joseph talks with Kirsty van den Bulk

Hayley is a Channel Manager from the Security Industry , it was not always that way and she talks about how she found her way form from unemployment to channel communications. 

Hayley is inspiring and one of the main reasons I started doing and posting video on social media. 

I asked Hayley to write a paragraph to introduce herself to you: “I am working mother to five amazing daughters who amaze me every day, so succeeding in the security industry has been a key achievement for me and allowed me to provide us a good quality of life, having raised them alone. I joined the industry 11 years ago, quite by accident and found a passion for it, particularly for the British manufacturers that stand strong in the global platform. 

It is such an unusual industry that people rarely leave; a large family if you like, which has welcomed me with open arms. I am really excited to be invited onto Kirsty’s The Wise Why with a little trepidation. Having studied journalism and then carving a career using those skills I am usually on the other side of the interview, cold-call or conversation so am really interested to see where we end up. And a big shout out to Jim the dog for adding the barking soundtrack.
