This episode: Gratitude is easy to come by but harder to outwardly exemplify. Is it social stigma? Is it personal recognition? Maybe it is difficult to say because it can be difficult to define. It certainly can be highly appreciated and make a tremendous difference in a person's life. Gratitude shown can be as simple as a "Thank you," or as complex as a Lifetime Achievement Award presentation. In either case, there are plenty of opportunities throughout any given year to show gratitude. During this Thanksgiving season, we want to exemplify how despite certain distinct differences between how societies may celebrate a harvest-related festival, there is always a common element, gratitude. This episode, Daex Evans (@papabear_x3) jumps into the fold to discuss his philosophy of gratitude and how he fosters its value into his children, his family, and his own perspective. We discuss Thanksgiving traditions, familial definitions and ties, as well as differences in how to qualify shows of gratitude. If you're new to the SDYT the Podcast, welcome.
