People paraded around Jesus for His teaching and miracles. We see this in Matthew 4-5 as Jesus sits the crowds down to tell them how to live a life of a citizen of heaven. Eventually however, just like a Dad taking his kid to the woodshed to set them straight; Jesus in 14:25-33, let's his followers know that His ministry on Earth is not just parades but a revolution of thought... A true change of who you are.
