Thanks for sticking with the program! The final step is challenging us all to take someone else through the same program you just went through. You're now shifting from the role of 'Timothy' into more of the role of 'Paul' for someone else. Let's raise up leaders, and continually equipping someone in your world to one day become a 'Paul' themselves!

NOTICE: We're changing the format of the show moving forward, and we need YOUR help! The first season was almost exclusively lecture-style on the Stepping Stones. Now we're leaning heavily into conversations. I'd love to set up a call with you, whether you have questions about certain steps in this program, or ideally if you have a question about something going on in ministry. We want to protect the identity of individuals and their local churches, so this is openly stated: For the sake of anonymity, we're using fake names, fake locations, but REAL situations to talk about your life and your ministry. My prayer is that this change of format will help us to see ministry from a wide variety of great leaders like you. Let's walk through this together friends!

Send me a direct message and we'll be glad to get you scheduled for the show.

Questions with a mentor:

  • What is your greatest strength that helps you lead as a mentor for someone else?
  • If you had to pick one, which of these is your greatest concern about leading someone as a mentor: Ability, lack of interest, or time? Explain why.
  • Assuming you have a ‘Timothy’ right now that you’re leading:
    • Which step are they at when it comes to The Total Ministry Makeover?
    • What’s one practical way that you can take them to the next step?
  • DEEP (Delegate, Equip, Encourage, Protect): Do you have a similar model for helping people step up into new roles? Is there something coming up that you can go DEEP with them on?
  • If you don’t have a ‘Timothy’ at the moment:
    • Pray for the Lord to open that door for you and for them.

Final note: My encouragement to you is to continually pray for wisdom in all of this! Regardless of how many people you are a ‘Paul’ to… never stop being a ‘Timothy’!
