You're now shifting from the role of 'Timothy' into more of the role of 'Paul' for someone else.   • Which step are they at when it comes to The Total Ministry Makeover?
  • What’s one practical way that you can take them to the next step?
• DEEP (Delegate, Equip, Encourage, Protect): Do you have a similar model for helping people step up into new roles? Is there something coming up that you can go DEEP with them on?
• If you don’t have a ‘Timothy’ at the moment:
  • Pray for the Lord to open that door for you and for them.

Final note: My encouragement to you is to continually pray for wisdom in all of this! Regardless of how many people you are a ‘Paul’ to… never stop being a ‘Timothy’!
