Paralogues are a nice buffer in the main story from time to time when scheduling conflicts occur or we want to tell a different, shorter story. We like to call these Paralogues. First Contact is a short horror-adjacent story about five members of the Golden Orioles sent to investigate a mysterious portal that has appeared beneath the town of Ebbenmure and to close it before more monsters manage to escape.
