Letting go of your attachment to your current reality sometimes for you to be I used to think that I was a night out because I would stay up late playing games until five in the morning. I would like waking up at 11:00 to like one, two o'clock in the afternoon. And that was my life, and I never like to do anything in the morning. I felt I could be productive in the morning, but fast forward to today, I find that I can't be productive at night. The sun's down. When the sun's down, people finish work. You're more likely to have conversations with people during that time. People ask you to go out, your family asks you to go out, you have dinner. So let's just say I wake up at work for a little bit and it's like late in the afternoon, the sun is beaming in and you feel tired, and then you take a nap, and as soon as you wake up, the sun's down, you can have dinner. And Sunday's, 08:00, everyone else is starting to go to sleep, and now it' much harder for you to be productive. So I had to be okay with shifting my day to wake up in the morning because I found that I was way more productive in the morning. And yes, it was very difficult for me to wake up at the start, but I didn't understand the purpose of waking up early. I remember when I worked a sales job and we used to start at 830, and they changed to starting at 08:00, and I'm like, oh my God, I need to wake up at like 07:00. And you know what? Waking up 1 hour before work was way too soon. I came late a lot of the time. Times I kept getting in trouble, I kept getting ad hoc. That's what it was. I kept writing it down, it kept coming late. But I did not want to wake up any earlier than 07:00. That's far too early. When I was in uni classes, I didn't go to most of them.
