You made a choice to put the food in your mouth. We live in the 21st century right now, and, you know, dealing with obesity is something that we've been dealing with for over 20 plus years. It was like, 20 years ago that there was that show, Supersized Me, to show people the effects of fast food. Everyone already knows, you know, making poor choices with their food is going to lead them to be overweight, but people choose to ignore it. They choose to do other things, they choose to indulge, they choose to be overweight. That is a reality I grew up overweight. Now, can I say that I've been obese? No. Right. I don't think by definition I was obese, but I was very overweight, and I've been overweight since I was young. However, it was still my choice. Yes, there was some ignorance, a lack of education, a lack of information, and I've tried many times and I failed many times, but I still chose to go back to the drawing board each time I failed, despite the gap between every time. Me trying might have been weeks, months or even years, but it was still my choice. And it took me ten years plus to figure out how I can overcome my challenges. Again, that's still my choice. When I die, it 90% of the time I have to die on lower calories than what my clients died on. That's what I've been born with. But it's still my choice to actually either work around it. I used to think to myself, like, every time I die, to be in such low calories. And I think to myself, that's a choice. That is a choice on whether I want to put in the effort and work towards it or not. And honestly, like, needs a bit of a tangent, like my hair. The reason why I wear a hat is my hair is actually quite long.
