And so the reason why I want to start educating and teaching you these things is it's these attributes that you focus on that's going to determine your long term success. Success is not luck. It's not whether someone is born with it or not. Means some people might have it easier than others, but it's something that can be replicable within anyone. And so one of the reasons why we have these core company values is it gives our team something to, like I said, standard to hold themselves to and things for them to work towards. So in our hustle and bustle of our job, it's easy to get caught up in the minutiae of creating content, serving our clients and being present. But sometimes we get lost in terms of why we're doing it in the first place. And our ultimate goal is actually to tick off and hone in on these attributes. Accountability, someone that is accountable, that can be relied on. Someone that helps keep others accountable. And being accountable is not just for your job. Being accountable for your partners, family, your friends, people that support you, people that believe in you. Number two is consistency and commitment. If you're consistent every single day, you're committed towards your goals. You're committed to the people that believe in you. You're committed to your team; you're committed to the mission. How aren't you going to achieve success? H is honorable actions. Everything you do needs to be with honor. You're not doing anything that is morally misaligned with the mission, the goals, or who you want to be. You're a person of integrity. Integrity is the next one, right? You're integral towards your own word. You're integral towards your goal. You're integral as a human being. You work with integrity. E is emotional intelligence. You exercise emotional intelligence. This involves social skills. Being able to exercise empathy, understanding your mission objective and staying motivated. Emotionally regulating yourself so that you're not making irrational decisions.
