So many people tell me that their scale, their body weight scale tells them how much body fat they have. Like, how the fuck is your scale going to know? It might send an electromagnetic impedance and it can estimate, but there's no way it's going to be accurate. And you can't even say it's going to be consistently inconsistent, right? So if my scale reads 15%, and then in like a month's time it reads eleven, maybe I lost 4% body fat. No, because scale, like, actual the scale itself of how much each percentage on the scale represents, it's not linear. There's no way to guarantee that just because the scale went from 15 to eleven, there was actually a delta of 4% body fat. Does that make sense? So I just want to preface that I gave you guys my calculations, my estimation, the films of where I'm at. And based on that, I'm going to be down to, like, 63 kilos on stage. I can't imagine being 63 kilos. I don't remember the last time 63 probably just growing up, my weight went up, up, and it probably plateaued around, like, 70 to 75 for years. But I don't remember the last time I was 63. Probably like, I don't know, 15 years, maybe. That's why I reckon maybe 15 years ago. So it'll be really interesting. That's where I'm at. So I've just rambled up with my update. Just wanted to give you guys that. But today we're going to be talking about your three options in life. Okay, I want to break things down, make everything super simple for you. Your three options in life, in the description, is one, you go backwards. Two, you stay the same. Three, you move forward. And honestly, all three options are extremely uncomfortable. Moving backwards in life, regressing in life is one of the most depressing feelings you can experience, because you would think in life, given how everyone else in the whole world is moving forward if you're moving backwards. Woods that's a really depressing monster.
