If they were to have committed to the health and fitness? Let's answer the question. Is it selfish or is it selfless? Let's talk about the pros, all the benefits they get if they look after the health and fitness. So, number one is focusing on the health and fitness means that they're less likely to be insecure and self-conscious. They're on a journey of self-acceptance and being happy with themselves. Their mental health is in a much better condition, which means that they're going to emit an aura of positivity, spreading the right message to understand how fitness has impacted their life. And if any of you guys have achieved your fitness goals at old wages, most of you guys would want to share and spread that with other people. You see it all the time. People get great results and they give advice to others and you take them out and walks, teach them how to eat healthy, make the right decisions. Because you know what it feels like to feel stuck. You know what it feels like to be unhappy with yourself. So, once you're able to find salvation in terms of health and fitness, people naturally just want to share that and you become positive. When you are happy with yourself deep within you imminent and aura of positivity that is intoxicating and people want to be around. Does that make sense? When you're truly happy yourself, like I said, only then can you bring happiness into your relationship. You will help bring others up. People will help bring you up. And you guys are just bouncing off each other. That's honestly the environment that we have within the chief championship community, within the coaches, we're all bouncing off each other and it feels good. It feels good being in a positive environment. It doesn't feel good coming home. And the person that you talk to are unhappy with themselves. And that was me. That was me unhappy with myself. Deflect on those around me. Focusing on your health and fitness means that they'll actually live longer. Preventing health ailments before they actually happen. Most people who are overweight now may not have been overweight when they were in high school, right? Some of them have, like me. Some of them only became overweight later on. And they may never have considered any health ailments because they're young. The body is going to bounce back and recover. I remember when I was young, I can trip over and be fine. But now if I bump myself into a table, I'm out for three days. The reality is our body eventually doesn't respond the way it used to anymore. And health ailments are actually real. You don't want to push the bounds and suddenly be diagnosed with diabetes. And that's not something you can really undo. Have a stroke, for example, right? You've got to be prevention is better than remediation. So, looking after your health and fitness and not being overweight and obese literally means that you are more likely to live longer.
