Assign a level commitment of all avenues of your life. I want you to just break down in your mind, or write it down, five levels of realistic commitment that you can apply to that particular field. And I want to give you an example, but basically the level is to just help ensure that you stay on track with your goals, right? Ensure that you don't fall off track, which is the most important part of achieving anything. It's the consistency, right? All the decisions that help you maintain consistency is far more important than any decisions that give you a short-term high magnitude of work output. And the key here is that you don't waste time and although you are still making progress, albeit at a slower rate, but you're still trekking away making some progress. And like I said, there might be times in your life where some avenues or one avenue of your life may need to take precedent over another that is just temporary. But it's important that we don't give up on all the other priorities, break momentum and have to spend time to regain. We're still trekking away making small amounts of progress, but still moving positive in the right direction. So over time, this is going to put you in a constant state of accumulation of progress, right? Same thing with fitness. Why do we need to get the results in twelve to 16 weeks? Why don't we get it in six months, a year or two years and still be able to achieve our work goals, still be able to run our business, still be able to maintain a social life, and still inevitably, but ultimately slowly achieve your fitness goals. Does that make sense? So, over the scope of your whole entire life, you're going to be able to achieve more goals with this approach. One, you're going to be happier because you're setting yourself realistic and fair expectations. And three, it's going to be much more manageable for you.
