Herd mentality is for our survival. Think about all animals or our ancestors. We want to be accepted by the tribe, alright? Because being with the tribe is going to increase the likelihood of survival. So, our body is actually very smart. Our brain and our mentality, our unconscious mind is very is smart. It's going to do whatever it needs to do to be liked to be part of a tribe, to increase its chances of survival. So over time, in terms of modern society, we end up fearing the judgment of other people, which ends up being what prevents us from going out and achieving our goals. The biggest limitation is our own limiting belief. And sometimes we are afraid of the opinions of other people that they haven't even given us yet, just because we've been conditioned to anticipate or expected. But these are the projections that we have in our own mind. So, when we're talking about making progress, I want you to understand that everything that you do, every journey that you're on should be a forever journey. Unless it's a journey that you only see yourself being on temporarily, it means that inevitably there's going to be a time where you're going to fall off track. So, with your fitness, I think what people look at most of the time when they're online as they see these transformation photos, twelve weeks, 16 weeks, four months, six months, whatever it is. And in their mind, they've unconsciously registered that they only want to be in this journey for like six months. And then afterwards they're just going to go back to homeostasis and hopefully just maintain. But remember, their idea of homeostasis is what has ended up needing to make a change in the first place. Our body has a natural body fat set point. Our body fat that we're comfortable, the ball being and whatever body fat you guys are, if you're not actively being conscious of your fitness, well, chances are that's what your body fat set point is.
