Going alive every day keeps me grounded, makes me wake up early every single day. You know what? Truth be told, I actually slept in today instead of waking up at 5:30 to do my cardio, I was just going to do my cardio after training because last week I did 60 to 70 minutes on the bike, like, plus the steps, only to undo some damage that I did over Christmas and New Year. And so, this week, I think I'm going to go back to what my prescribed cardio is, which is just 30 minutes in the water. I technically didn't need to do the card in the morning. I can. But I was a little bit tired and I slept in. Okay, now, versus other people's idea of sleeping in, I only slept in about 45 minutes. So instead of waking up at 530 at work, it was 615. I actually set an alarm for 630 at 530. The alarm went off, and then I was just really tired. And so, I'm like, okay, I'm just going to set the line for 630. But at 615, I had my body ended up waking up, and I'm like, okay, I still want to wake up early to get stuff done. I don't want to sleep in too early. So, my idea of sleeping in at 615, I did a lot of work in the morning. I built some, finished building up some programs, and planned my content for the day, plan my life, and then jumped on live. So, the latest I'm ever going to wake up is probably going to be 07:00. 630. Honestly, I'll probably say it's 630. I'll probably wake up at 630 maybe like once a month. But going alive every day sets that schedule, that responsibility. It's just like when you have to go to work, you have to wake up a certain time because you have to show up to work at a certain time. And when you work for yourself and you break free from that routine, then it's very easy to fall into a trap and wake up at 12:00 at noon. Because I used to do that when I didn't have a job. I didn't have a reason to wake up early. Technically, I don't have a reason to wake up early now. I wake up early now because, one, I want to show up my life in the morning, and two, I feel like I'm more productive in the morning, and I want to bang out as much work as I can. And so, in the afternoon, it's a little bit easier, as opposed to feeling stressed and overwhelmed in the afternoon when you have so much work to do.
