I think the most relevant example is what most of you guys are going through right now is you're making the most of these couple of days before you start next week. And I told you a story yesterday. One of the clients who just recently signed on, his name is Justin. And I put the application last week and told me this week he needed to retake the photos because he went on a bit of a binge because of that mindset that he wants to get out of his system. He wants to make the most of it before he gets out of it. And you know what? It's a terrible quote. I honestly feel like I think all quotes, they have its merit and have its value. And I think unless you truly understand how you can apply it to your life, I think a lot of people actually just use quotes just to justify their impulses and why they feel the way they feel. It's greed, essentially, because making them the decision to look after your health and commit to a fitness journey because you feel so terrible about yourself. It's a very hard and daunting decision. And it's not easy to just immediately pull the trigger and be like, okay, I want to start my diet. So before that, you want to make sure you get things out of your system by eating as much as you can, getting it out because you feel like you're not going to have it again. Again, we talked about it's a scarcity mindset. It's a mindset that is supported by fear and scarcity that we may not have the same opportunities. So, for example, eating at a buffet, people are eating out at a buffet like they're never going to be able to eat again in their entire life. But in reality, that's just their way of internalizing in their mind why they should just give up that discipline for that one day and really give into their temptations. And you have these fleeting thoughts in your mind. You know that you shouldn't be eating so much, much to a point where you have to unbutton your pants and seams are splitting and you're feeling really uncomfortable. But the thought goes into make the most of it. You have a buffet.
