Just to talk about needing to take a break after August. August was our biggest month for sale by far. But after every high that you have, when you go through these periods where you're super busy, you need to take a break.
That's just how it is. You can't just maintain 100% intensity each and every single day. I mean, you can, but that's how you're going to get burnt out.
And my definition of a break is different from other people's definition of a break. I would say for the last month, I've been taking a break. So in terms of my training, I haven't been training five times a week, which I normally do.
I've been training three to four times a week. So I'm still getting my workouts done. I'm keeping the intensity there, doing the cardio, doing the steps. I'm not getting the steps in every single day.
Maybe out of seven days, I'll probably get like five days. I'll get my steps in my cardio sessions, I'll get maybe be like three or four sessions.
So that's our idea of a break. And to be honest, our idea of a break is probably more effort than what most people are willing to put in for themselves.
