Today we're going to be talking about progressive overload everything.

The idea of having the same job or doing the same thing for a prolonged period of time scares me.

Especially someone like me who has ADHD like the lack of progression, that scares me. I get bored very quickly. I need a stimulus of some kind. I always need something to look forward to. Otherwise, I'll get bored really quickly. So that's how I saw it in life.

In life, I always needed a checkpoint. And back then for me was the checkpoint was just something for me to look forward to was going out and partying every single week. But that was a short term.

It wasn't anything that I can take onto the next chapter of my life. It was just something that allowed me to pass time bite that I made out of paradigm shift. I shifted my perspective to not chase these checkpoints, but correct checks, points.
