Today we're talking about Practising affirmations is BS, Telling you right now, I now realize before I actually understood the concept of affirmations that I had actually practiced affirmations before I understood it. And this was episode one of the Blueprint. I affirmed my success. I affirmed my definition of success. S was being happy with where I am and where I'm going to be. Success wasn't a destination and I confirmed that I am going to make a Mark in the fitness industry.
I affirmed that I am going to get out of the nine to five life. I did that by making that video, my first YouTube video. And all I did was go out to realize it. So when we talk about affirmations, another way of framing that was what a concept that I created, which is visualized vocalize.
Realize you visualize your goal, figure out where it is that you want to be in terms of your goal vocalize. It is that process of vocalization. That is the affirmation. And the next step is just to go out and do it that simply.
Honestly, it is that simple. I want to tell you guys this right now. After you affirm your success, are you going to achieve it? You have to accept that there is a chance that you may not achieve what you affirm.
But does it matter if you end up being the best version of yourself anyway? What's the point of complaining about the things that you can't control your actual capacity? Or it might be on a genetic or on a lucky you cannot change that. What is the point of fussing about it?
But what you can change is your capacity to actually commit to yourself and your ability to be the best version of yourself.
