Today, we're going to be talking about dealing with doubt. So on any given journey, the reason why I think this topic is so valid right now and so relevant is we've had a lot of people join our program,

and I want to tell you an example of one of my client's name is David. He recently joined, and I could tell he has a lot of intent and motive to actually achieve greatness. And that's exactly why he signed on to the program. He was super motivated as soon as he signed on, and he wanted to make a really big difference in the first couple of weeks.

And one of the first things that we actually tell all our new clients to do is to actually make an introduction post. And because you're joining a community, you need to meet other people within the community and put yourself out there to kind of break that ice. So you're going to see the names flying around.

And when you actually finally get to meet someone or your little bit about them, you kind of feel like you know them a little bit more, as opposed to just a name that you've never interacted with. So we always get our clients to introduce themselves and also tell the group why they wanted to join the program. It's actually really interesting, because when I told him to do that, he said, no, not happening.

And he just completely dismissed. It is like, no, not happening. I'm like it's just an introduction post. It's not going to take that much more of your time. And he said I'm just a guy that just wants to put in the work. I just want to work in Jonathan's program. I just want to work. And then we had this 30 minutes conversation and I told him, this is exactly why you're not going to achieve success, even though you think it's menial, you think it's, like, so small, it's because maybe you doubt yourself. Maybe you doubt your ability to actually achieve that result, because if you are 100% certain that you are going to get fit, for example, why wouldn't you want to vocalize that?

Maybe it's because on a subconscious level, you're doubting yourself whether you think you can do it and you think it's cheesy. You think it's lame saying, oh, hey, guys, I'm out here trying to achieve this goal, and you don't think that you can get it. But if you know, deep down that you can get it, why wouldn't you, if you knew 100% certainty within your bones that you had the capacity and you could, why wouldn't you? That's the real question. So the first thing when we talk about dealing with doubt, there are two parts to it. It's internal doubt and external and or doubt.
