On May 5th Republic of Korea's spy agency became the first in Asia to join a NATO cyber-defense institution based in Estonia known as the CCDCOE. The news came as NATO stepped up collusion with ROK and Japan, vowing to "stand together" with its "Asia-Pacific partners to protect their values".
