The North Atlantic Treaty Organization has kicked off a two-day foreign ministers' meeting on further support for Ukraine. Joining the meeting as well are top diplomats from non-NATO European countries such as Finland, Sweden, Georgia, and Ukraine, as well as Asia-Pacific nations including Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. Will the meeting help mediate between Russia and Ukraine or will it exacerbate the conflict? Is participation by non-NATO countries a sign of expansion for the world's largest military alliance?
