Section a. Elucidation of Terms

For a proposition to be evident, both the subject and predicate must be known, if this is not the case, the proposition is not evident, but that does not mean it is not true. This is the case with knowing God through natural reason, it is not necessarily evident, but can be shown to be true nevertheless. 

This chapter demonstrates the 5 most compelling demonstrations of the existence of God according to St Thomas Aquinas in his time.
