Your conscious choice is any given moment requires discernment. Building your spiritual muscle strengthens your discerning ability and thus enables you to make more conscious choices. When a word becomes “popular” and thrown around, i invite you to simply notice this and see how it affects your perception of the information presented thereafter it being labelled which these “catch phrases”. Remember dear students of life, communication is a 2 way street. Information in itself is pure light, completely neutral, the meaning and the intent of a message comes from 1. The persons communicating the message. 2. The reception and application is then decided by the receiver of the message, it is not a “given” the reception and use of any information is your personal responsibility as a soveriegn human being. As i constantly say; Learn to think and feel for yourself, build your spiritual muscle with the mindset and methods of the adept, never blindly believe anyone
