British citizenship is one of the most difficult and complex areas of law, almost certainly the most difficult within immigration law. One of my former lecturers, a former immigration advisor, admitted that he would not take the case of a client who had Citizenship issues because of their complexity and instead palmed them off on other advisors. In this podcast I explain how the law regulates who is and who is not a British citizen, this information is for educational and informational purposes only! A version with PowerPoint slides can be found on my YouTube.

IMPORTANT: immigration advice, due to the complexity and possibility of deportation and total life upheaval if mistakes are made, is strictly controlled within the United Kingdom and therefore I cannot and will not give specific legal advice so please do not ask for legal advice. If you desperately need immigration advice tell me what issue you need help with andI will do my best to signpost you to an appropriate legal resource or person who can legally deal with your case.
