On the Plate: Elbow Room Chefs Nick McCoy and Eric Rodriguez serve up a very unique dish, a freshly handmade pasta stuffed with butternut squash in hazelnut brown butter and more. The meal is paired with a bottle of Peter Michael Ma Danseuse Pinot.

The team talks beginners' wines, backyard parties, trips to Dave and Busters, NIL deals, types of BBQ, and remembering celebrity chef and Napa Valley local, Michael Chiarello.
