So, you already know I had to do a deep dive into my mental health and personal development after dating the men in Ghana. After many tragic encounters I saw the need to love myself properly and recommit to life I deserve. I was drowning in an ocean of low self-esteem and insecure attachment. Thank you, God for God, being God and for my tribe, it’s the only way I made it through.

Once again, come listen to me save me from myself and my toxic relationship patterns. I can see how gentle I was with myself as I was speaking on my toxic patterns. I’m a work in progress and yet God says I’m still worthy.
