Elaine is the author of the upcoming book "Unlearning Silence" (Penguin 2024), which explores how we silence ourselves and others, along with practical solutions to overcome it. She's worked with prominent organizations like Google, Nike, and the Red Cross, helping leaders worldwide build negotiation skills, create inclusive cultures, and have meaningful conversations. Elaine's mission is to ensure that everyone realizes the power of their voice and can freely choose when and where to use it. We spoke about life, growing up in a family of immigrants, being a son and a daughter, a mother and a father, a professional, and a partner, and how the way we communicate affects it all and how unlearning silence and embracing our true self 100%, in its truest form will change the quality of life drastically and turn us into better human beings.
