When it comes to getting bullied at work or school, how would you handle such a disturbance? If you were fortunate enough to have never been bullied in school or at work, you are among the 6% of the population. This means that, according to research published in Forbes' October 2019 edition by Bryan Robinson, Ph.D. Contributor in Careers, workplace bullying has increased by 19 percent since 2008, rising from 75 percent to 94 percent in 2019!! Many folks I've spoken to either deal with this by attempting to avoid the bully (manager, or boss) as much as possible, getting pushed away and actually choosing to leave the workplace, or simply putting up with it. Stephanie tells us in the Podcast for Students in Education, "that we as humans are resilient, and that we amaze ourselves by the resilience within us!" This audio is a mash-up of several conversation threads, but it is really enlightening!! I hope you have the opportunity to interact with us!!
