This is a rare and special Eclipse- it is a "Hybrid" - both Total and Annular.  You will see the entire Sun covered by the Moon, and also the "ring of fire" around the edges of the Moon.

There is something of an 'ending to the beginning' or the beginning of the end -with this Eclipse because it is the last degree of the first sign!
