Go and do whatever it is you want to do anyway, as people are always going to judge you, have an opinion etc.

You don't need anyone's approval to go for a promotion, start a business, enjoy your hobbies or anything so don't look outside of yourself. Write yourself the permission slip and go for it as your soul has a yearning, burning desire to be fulfilled whilst you're here.

Don't dim your light and stop yourself from experiencing things (be mindful obviously). And, don't live your life for someone else either - that's not helpful. I explain why on this episode.
