Welcome everyone! This is the new and improved “A Seat at the Table Podcast” where we will gather round the table and go through my own and others Poetry, Writings, and more. We delve into the matters of the heart and learn more about ourselves and hopefully others. Occasionally, we will have friends stop by and bring a new or different perspective to the table.
