1st Quarter
We announced on our last show that we weren't going to have a show this week, and we were going to enjoy some downtime.
- We recorded that on Wednesday, THEN
- Thursday hit with the huge news of USC & UCLA agreeing to join the conference in the 2024 academic school year
SO, it was decided we needed to have a show.
- Sam found a GREAT person to fill in for Dalton...
- Tony Hollandsworth from the ASAP Network! He is a Midwest guy who has a passion for college sports, & the B1G conference, so he was perfect!
USC & UCLA Making a B1G Move
- We overview the move and just our reactions to the initial wave of information when it came down last Thursday.
- Was there "smoke," at all? Did anyone see this coming, before the announcement basically saying it was done?
2nd Quarter
- Was this the right move for the conference, and if not, then who should have been the schools?
- How does the B1G (w/USC & UCLA) stack up to the SEC (w/OU & TEX)?
