It was during her tenure with that organization, that she found her passion for helping minorities succeed in the spaces that have previously not been accessible to them, like higher education and corporate America. She knows what it's like to be the only Black woman at the table, and has dedicated herself to helping people with similar backgrounds break through the glass ceilings and excel in their chosen fields. ⁣ In our conversation, Dumebi talked about her experience working in corporate America and how it led to her starting her company.
