Hey everyone! Today's interview is with Lexie Fehr. We start out by chatting about her summer at our local bible camp, the day to day activities, all of the arts and crafts projects she designed + oversaw as her time as the arts and crafts director. She shares some of the devotions she wrote that also tied into the art projects they worked on. Our last topic is about the school she is now attending, Millar College of The Bible we chat about the classes she is taking there + how she found out about the school. Join us for a fun, casual chat. I want to thank Lexie again for taking the time to chat + record this podcast episode.
The Bible verst she chose is from 2 Corinthians 12:8-10
"Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong."
Today is the start of our journey of reading through the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. As always, the reading is from the NIV (New International Version) bible, if it from a different bible version I'll put it in the episode description. I encourage you to read along + listen along as we read through Jesus' life and teachings.
For the month of August the Daily Bible Verse will all be from the Book of Psalms.

Hello everyone! Today is a bonus episode, a bit of a change of pace from the usual episodes. I have a special guest on today, Haley Ens who is a longtime friend. We chat about her journey to finding the sending organization Teach Beyond and how God showed her multiple signs to affirm her decision to move to Honduras. We talk about how God has shown her how He always meets our needs where we are in life and she gives some encouragement for if you are thinking/praying about going into mission work.
