This week I sat with Custom Machinist Joey Izzo of Phoenix Custom Engineering, a custom machine support shop located in Clearwater Florida. Joey is a self-taught machinist with great passion for the work he does. His company builds, repairs, and consults on manufacturing machinery and custom machinery for local businesses. He is extremely knowledgeable in working on machines and in this episode he shares some of his best tips for success, which can be applied to any business.

Joey has a great story on how he got started in the machine world, and I think this is a great episode for anyone unsure of the direction their career is heading. We discuss the importance of persevering when dreams seem impossible, as well as the highs and lows of owning your own business.
