Learning Curves is back with season #3!
It's hard to believe we are already three seasons into the show! Thank you to everyone who has been supporting this show, we couldn't do it without you! Season #3 is going to have some great guests with lots of business related wisdom to share, we're very excited!
On this weeks episode of learning curves, I sat with Eldon Eric Johnson, a community developer and home-builder based in the Sarasota area. Eldon has lots of experience in the industry and has leaned a thing or two along the way. Him and his business partner Terry Wolfram share the value of caring deeply about the communities that they create and the long-term impact they have on the people who live there.
Currently Eldon and Terry are working on a community called Gracewater, which is one of the last master planned communities being built in Sarasota! They also own the builder within the community, Privada homes. In the episode we discuss the process of building a development, as well as how Eldon got his start in the industry.
