When we’re unhappy, we don’t feel like doing much of anything. But oddly, the less active we are, the sadder we get. There’s no doubt that what we do with our bodies has a massive impact on how we feel about our lives. Our spirit and body aren’t as separate as we want to pretend. Certain physical actions & activities can completely recalibrate our emotions. Why? And what are they? And if feeling a certain way is the byproduct of doing things, we don’t feel like doing, how do we motivate ourselves to do them anyway?
