Emily's personal journey of getting clear; but then having flare ups of acne again at age 25 which lead her to an elimination food diet to help better control her inflammation

Acne is a skin condition that occurs when hair follicles become inflamed due to oil plugging the hair follicle. Sebum is a breeding ground for certain bacteria which can cause inflammation within the hair follicle… bacteria gets trapped, puss forms.. hello acne.
