To obtain vision means you rise to God's level by seeking Him daily. Ephesians 1:17 says, "That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him." This verse implies that while God desires to fill us with His glory and supernatural insight, we must learn to receive from Jesus continually.
