Since the start of the Covid 19 pandemic, almost every nonprofit organization has had to implement some sort of virtual work option. Even though many of the benefits and challenges of virtual work have been well documented, relatively little has been published about how virtual work has affected managerial behavior.

On this episode, we'll discuss research into how managerial behavior has evolved with the switch to virtual work, and how organizations can overcome some of the challenges of virtual work to bring the best out of managers and teams.
