It seems like there are best practices for almost every aspect of running a nonprofit. One area that has been tough to nail down best practices for, though, has been programs. By design, programs are often very different between nonprofits so it’s difficult to have a general list of best practices that all nonprofits can refer to.

On this episode, we’ll discuss research that investigates best practices for programs and lays the groundwork for future studies into this area. We also discuss how to quantify qualitative data, and how your approach to program participants can affect program outcomes.
