About Mary

Mary Mosope Adeyemi is a passionate, people-oriented, and purpose-driven woman who successfully walks the tightrope of business and social pursuits.

She is an award-winning professional with a long tenure working with global investment banks as a credit risk manager. Alongside this, Mary has spent thousands of hours developing, executing, and managing talent recruitment and training programs, focusing on early career professionals. This passion for personal development and equitable career growth led her to found her social-first organisation, viSHEbility, and write her debut book: Visible Strengths. Her work has impacted professionals at top-tier firms such as McKinsey, Bank of America, Meta, Accenture, IFC, Barclays and Goldman Sachs.

Mary earned her BA in Accounting & Finance from Lancaster University and an MSc in Management from Imperial College Business School.
