About Camilla
Camilla Gilone is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the global Supply Chain & Operations Officers Practice. She focuses on chief operations, supply chain, and procurement officer positions as well as their direct reports.
With more than 10 years of executive search experience, Camilla develops client relationships across various industries and a broad range of companies, from public to private, from private equity-owned to smaller start-ups and global Fortune 500 companies.
She focuses on recruiting executives for integrated/end-to-end supply chain roles and functions, including sourcing and procurement, logistics and distribution, planning, and quality.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Camilla worked with a boutique executive search firm in London, focusing on cutting-edge digital technology companies and recruiting for all major leadership functions.
Previously, she was based in Milan, Italy, in the industrial practice of another international executive search firm, where she worked with an array of leading industrial companies both nationally and internationally.
Camilla started her career in Hong Kong, gaining a deep understanding of Chinese culture and work experience in sales and marketing.
