Exodus:  God gives all the details for the construction of the tabernacle and its contents to Moses.

Mark:  God's Holy Son Jesus, coming from heaven is announced by John the Baptist and baptized by John according to the Law.  Directly afterward Jesus goes into the wilderness for forty days and afterwards begins selecting His disciples.
