As this show is about Moms, I felt it was so fitting to have my very own Mom on the show! I can't wait for you to meet her:) While I recorded this episode at the end of 2021, I felt called to publish this episode on Valentine's Day.

Growing up my Mom always reminded me that Valentine's Day was another day to celebrate all forms of love in my life. So today Mom I celebrate and honour you! You are my lifetime Valentine, a symbol of love, strength and wisdom. I truly feel so blessed the Universe chose you to be my Mom. You are remarkable and sharing this time together will be something I carry with me always. I hope you feel endless gratitude and love for all you've imparted. Your deep love, presence, time and life lessons have not only shaped who I am but have also been instrumental in how I raise my own children. I truly could never repay you for all you've done, so let this episode be one way of honouring the profound impact you have had on my life.

In this episode my Mom shares her journey as a Mom, Grandma and Psychotherapist. She shares many amazing perspectives on parenting, self love and self care. Can't wait for you to listen!
