Being a science graduate and having undergone a program in business administration she comes across as a person with a great analytical mind as well as organisational skills .For the last 15 years she has been an entrepreneur and a coach. She has played a pivotal role in making Chrysalis as one of the topmost organisations in the field of entrepreneurial coaching. Not only Chrysalis but she is also on the advisory panel of various other Growing Organisations.

Believing that life has to be lived 360 degrees, she is a regular participant in marathons and has completed the Ladakh Half Marathon.
She is a Guinness record holder in scuba diving for being a part of making the longest human chain underwater.She is her husband’s best friend and was his navigator in Raid de Himalaya - the toughest car rally in the world at an altitude of 18,000 ft.She also completed The Times Women’s Drive from Pune to Goa.

She is not a one role wonder and has been the powerhouse to all roles. She has efficiently juggled between her family and business and in the process has been a role model wife, mother and a successful business woman. She is a recognized authority on women empowerment, Leadership management, operational efficiency and relationship management and has been invited as a keynote speaker in various forums and associations.
