In this episode? I revisit the day I lost my mother. What that meant and means for me and how I’m grateful to be able to persevere through. How life can change in a blink of an eye, how we can hold on to the good and not the bad, how thats not always easy, but worth it. My hopes? that you are able to be reminded that you aren’t alone in this fight for happiness. To be encouraged to fight what ever battle you may face in any loss of someone you love, or anything you’ve ever had to let go of , and that you’ve survived 100% of the days you thought you couldn’t. Whether it be trauma, pain, grief, loss; death, dying & bereavement is never easy. I hope that you continue and/or begin to seek out the necessary resources to heal, to never give up, and to shower yourself with the love, grace, and support to continue to get through. I love you and I hope that in this episode you can find a way to smile as well. Because we all deserve to be happy ; for life isn’t easy, but we got this. And sometimes that means, crying, shouting, letting go, and? Running into who we need to be. Because diamonds are made from pressure. And Pearls well they’re made from irritants. So shine, listen, love and lets heal. Because we deserve to enjoy this thing called life, even though it gives us so many reasons not to. Again I love you , and thank you for listening.
