Tom Appel of Consumer Guide Automotive joins WGN’s Jon Hansen to discuss China’s electric vehicle maker BYD’s interest in joining the Canadian automotive market and Canada’s possible taxation on imported vehicles from China. Tom also mentions that people should not limit themselves to American-made vehicles because of the lower costs of electric vehicles from China and the environmental benefits of electricity over gasoline.
