We speak with the Senior National Political Reporter at the Boston Globe, Jess Bidgood, about her research on why election officials are leaving their positions. We continue our discussion on the election official turnover issue with Ricky Hatch, Weber County Clerk. He talks about why he’s running again despite Utah’s high turnover rate for county clerks and why he thinks so many others are leaving.
