The Utah Health and Human Services Interim Committee recently advanced a bill proposed by Senator Mike Kennedy to prohibit minors diagnosed with gender dysmorphia from making the decision to go through gender-affirming surgeries. We speak with Representative Raymond Ward, a member of the Health and Human Services Interim Committee to discuss what's in the bill, and Sue Robbins, a Member of Transgender Advisory Council for Equality Utah, shares her thoughts on the bill.
